Privacy policy
The short version: this website does not collect anything about you. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party requests. The only personal data that exists at all is the ordinary web-server log, kept for fourteen days for security, and whatever you choose to put in an e-mail to us. The rest of this page explains that in the terms the GDPR asks for.

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, and we have not appointed one. Privacy enquiries go to the address above and are handled by the director of publication.
2. What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies of any kind, not even “necessary” ones. No
Set-Cookieheader is sent. - It writes nothing to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB, and uses no cache or service worker to store identifiers.
- It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no self-hosted counter, no server-side analytics package.
- It carries no advertising or conversion pixel, no tag manager, no remarketing tag, no social plugin, no embedded video and no comment system.
- It makes no third-party requests. Fonts are your device’s own system fonts; the stylesheet, the one script and all images are served from this domain.
- It does no fingerprinting: no canvas, font, audio or WebGL probing, and no attempt to identify your device by any other means.
- It has no forms — no contact form, no newsletter box, no search box. There is nothing on this site into which you can type data.
- It creates no profiles and carries out no automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

3. What is processed, and why
3.1 Web-server access log
Like every web server, ours records each request it answers. The entry contains your IP address, the date and time, the address requested, the HTTP status and size of the response, the browser’s user-agent string, and the referring page if your browser sent one. An IP address is personal data, so we tell you about it.

3.2 E-mail you send us
If you write to info@miravest.online we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message, for the sole purpose of answering you. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence), or Article 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a legal claim. We keep correspondence for as long as the matter is live and normally no longer than 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim. Our mail is handled by our e-mail provider acting as a processor.
3.3 Campaign parameters in the page address
If you arrived here from an advertisement, the address in your browser’s bar may carry parameters such as utm_source, gclid or msclkid. These are added by the advertising platform before you reach us, not by us. The single script on this site copies a fixed allow-list of them onto the partner link, so that the advertiser can attribute the visit and pay the correct commission. That is the only thing that script does with them.
They are not stored on your device, not written to any database, and not read back on a later visit. They travel only if you choose to click a partner link, and then they go to the advertiser, not to us. You can read the script yourself at /js/cta.js — it is about fifty lines long.
4. What happens when you leave via a partner link
A partner link takes you to a third-party site (an advertiser, or an affiliate network’s tracking endpoint). At that moment you are on somebody else’s website, and their privacy policy and cookie practices apply, not ours. They will typically set their own cookies and will receive your IP address, your browser details, the campaign parameters described above, and — because this site sends the strict-origin-when-cross-origin referrer policy — the fact that you came from https://miravest.online, but not which page of it.
We are not a joint controller with those companies for what they do on their own sites. If you want to know what an advertiser does with your data, read the policy on their site before you buy. If you would rather not be counted at all, do not follow the link — nothing on this site depends on it.
5. Hosting
The site is served from a dedicated server rented by the publisher and located within the European Union. The hosting provider acts as a processor on our instructions under a data processing agreement, and has access only to what is technically necessary to keep the server running. Write to info@miravest.online if you need the provider’s identity for a legal purpose.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before — though on this site there is no consent-based processing to withdraw, because there is no tracking.
To exercise any right, write to info@miravest.online. We answer within one month, and we do not charge for it.
A practical limitation, stated honestly. Because we do not identify visitors, we usually cannot find your data: a fourteen-day access log entry is searchable only if you can tell us the IP address and the approximate time. This is not an excuse — it is a consequence of Article 11 GDPR, which does not require a controller to collect extra identifying information purely to be able to comply. If you send us an e-mail, of course, we can find that.
7. Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in our case:

8. Children
This site is aimed at adults. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process any child’s personal data — which is straightforward here, since we do not process anybody’s beyond the server log.
9. Changes
If we ever change what we do — if, for example, a form or an analytics tool were ever added — this page would be updated before the change went live, and the promise of zero collection would be withdrawn explicitly rather than quietly dropped.
